Where Did the Summer Go?!

So I realize I have completely screwed up this 365 project. I've taken a lot of pictures between July and October, but it hasn't been every day and I sure haven't been posting them. It's been a busy summer, we've done everything from landscaping and grilling to boating and Isaboo's first adventures in the lake, which she HATED by the way! We still have some work to do on the landscaping, but it will have to wait until we have some extra money. the project grew to a little bigger than I had planned for.

My life at work this summer has revolved around the Nagios World Conference North America, it was a fun conference and we got a lot of compliments on how well it went. I've already started planning for next year.

We're getting things ready for winter and I have started a little bit of Christmas shopping. I have the biggest cake I've ever made coming up next weekend. It's is my Grandma's 80th birthday and my mom asked if I would make the cake. I'm hoping it goes well. I made the funnest I've ever made for Russ in August. It was World of Warcraft themed.

Here are some of the photos that I've taken this summer.

Don and Dauph got married!

We went to the MN Zoo.

Russ' "For the Horde" World of Warcraft cake

Isaboo went into the lake for the first time and hated it.

Bear played in the lake and loved every minute of it!

Our office is moving to the Atrium Building at Bandana Square
a
We have a new landscaped wall and front stairs.

Troy, Russ and Alysa were in John's wedding

I have been trying some new crafts, Modpodge, Glass etching and sewing.

I got pretty flowers for our anniversary

Troy's boss has a suite at the Twin's Stadium. We've been to a couple of games this summer.

The 2012 Nagios World Conference North America was successful!

I made the week after the conference Nagios Employee Appreciation Week, treats every day!

Tarzan died! :( Shamas made him a headstone.

Troy got Batman themed cupcakes to take to work for his birthday.

As I said, it's been a busy summer and first half of fall. There's still a lot of things to do before the end of the year. Hopefully I can get back on track with this project!
