We have a clause in our terms and conditions called the Blue M&M Clause. It states that we can monitor your intake of your consummation of Blue M&Ms. Unfortunately most of the companies that review our T&Cs request for that clause to be removed. This customer's legal team requested it be removed but the techs for the company liked it. After a grueling back and forth review with the legal team we finally closed the deal. Today we got a package in the mail from the tech team. Inside it was a note with Blue M&Ms on it.
