Isaboo turned 4 today. This picture is her with two of her brothers just before we got her. She is the puppy on the left. If you look at her now really close you can still see a really small stripe on her head. She's such a character and momma's girl.

The End of an Era

McDonalds inside the Fridley Cub has closed. I'm sure it has something to do with the remodel of the store but it is kind of sad to see it go. Troy helped open that store. He got to peel the shrink wrap off of the machines. It's the end of an era.

I finished my science class today. Over all I didn't do too bad on the final. 82%. The important thing I that I passed.

The Wonder Drug

It fixes migraines, upset stomachs or whatever seems to be making me not feel good. Tonight it was an upset stomach so Troy opened the case that hadn't been opened yet. Apparently we've had it for awhile. Pretty sure these are the cans they stopped making because they looked too much like the diet coke cans.

Tonight's coping method of surviving homework

Coke Zero. It doesn't taste quite like regular coke, but it doesn't have the diet coke after taste. I'll drink either on. It doesn't matter!

I thought I posted this last night. Amy was telling me that her Uncle Gerry needed cheering up so I took a video of Isaboo and her no stop wiggling and sent it to Amy.

Tomorrow is Joe's birthday. Last night I baked some cupcakes. Tonight I rebaked them because those ones were an epic fail. I'm happy with the way the second batch turned out. And Troy gets some fun-fetti cupcakes!

In with the new

My new stove arrived today. I haven't used it yet but I have cupcakes to make for a birthday at work on Wednesday.

Almost done!

Time has actually gone pretty quickly for me these past few months. Who knew that starting a new job and going back to school could make time go so fast. Tonight I finished my second to last assignment for my science class. I have one assignment, one experiment, one discussion and the final left to do for that class. For my Econ class I have 3 assignments, extra credit work and my final. May 2 I am officially done! Back 3 months ago, almost to the day, this day seemed so far away. Now I am within a few assignments and it's finally dawned on me... I'll finally have a degree. Now the question is.. Do I want to go on beyond the 2 year? Only time will tell. There may be other plans in my future. Who knows!

Out with the old

We pulled our stove out tonight so it is ready to go when they deliver the new one on Saturday. All I can say is Ewwww!

Need to Get Gas!

This past weekend my mom was telling me a story about my grandpa. My grandpa never let his gas tank go below half. My mom grew up thinking that if the needle was on half it meant your tank was empty. I thought of that tonight when I got in the car and saw that the needle was on half. Time to get gas!

Happy Un-birthday

The week that I started at my new job happened to be the week of Ludmil's birthday. Since I didn't know about it I wasn't able to make him a cake. So since we didn't have any April birthdays and the guys were asking for cake I made one for Ludmil. It was tough to frost since it wanted to fall apart on me so hopefully there isn't too much frosting on it.

Power Points

I just completed a 12 slide power point about nail polish remover for my science class. It took about 6 hours but I got it done. Just a few more weeks left of school!

So Misunderstood

Oh my pretty boy! Poor Bear has a bad rep. It's not his fault he has issues and doesn't like people. You'd never know it by the look of him this morning as he laid with his daddy.

April 7 - Lemon Cake

We are going to my mom and dad's for Easter dinner. I have been wanting to make a lemon cake. I was originally going to use my oval pans and decorate it like an Easter egg but I found this lemon glaze recipe and wanted to try it.

We were at Sears tonight and I found the perfect tool box. I've decided I need two. One for tools and one for scrapbooking!

My favorite color is purple but by the looks of things around me you'd think it was pink. My motto is, purple but if you can't get it default to pink.
